MOBY Telecom wanted to expand its footprint in downtown Canada’s competitive telecom landscape. Despite offering high-speed optical fiber internet services for high-rise residential and corporate buildings and multi-dwelling units, MOBY faced limited brand recognition and needed to streamline its Customer Experience Journey to convert awareness into active users.
